for particular purposes of the user or that the software

allowed to distribute the software via phone-line or
network, or copy the software to floppy disks,CD-ROM,
magnetic tapes, or any other recording media for the
purpose of assignment, sale, or rent to a third party
with authorization of use.
- Under any
circumstance,Muratec cannot be held liable for damage
arising from the use of software,or inoperability
thereof, including lost opportunities for potential
earnings, lost data, suspension of business operation,
and other indirect, circumstantial, coincidental or
consequential damages. This applies even when Muratec
has been informed in advance of the possibilities of
such damages.
