Electronic Sorting
The copied documents can be sorted in page order.This
eliminates the need to sort manually after copying. You can set the sort copy to
always ON.

A scanned image
can be rotated 90 degrees and printed
onto the correct paper.

with functions to improve security,
including,”ID Check Transmission ”, ”Check
Broadcast Destination” ”Dial double-push
function”, ” Security reception”, ”Closed
Communication”, and ” Security Reception”.

ID Check Transmission
-
The ID check
transmission
function
compares the
lower four
digits of the
fax number you
dialed with
those registered
in the
destination
machine.
Transmission is
allowed only
when the numbers
are matched.
This reduces the
trouble of
sending faxed to
the wrong
destination due
to line errors,
etc.
Check Broadcast
Destination
-
By setting the
broadcast
destination
check ON, you
can confirm the
entered
destinations
before
transmission on
the confirmation
screen
displayed. This
prevents faxes
from being
transmitted to
the wrong
destination in
such case as you
press the wrong
one-touch key.
Dial Double-Push
-
This function
displays a
reentry screen
after you enter
a recipient’s
fax number using
the numeric
keys. By
reentering the
fax number, you
can ensure the
entry,
preventing
sending the fax
to the wrong
destination.
Note that this
function does
not work if you
use the
one-touch key or
speed dial for
the entry.
